Attorney Zarina N. Aguilar.  Having received my Juris Doctorate from the Phoenix School of Law, and formerly employed by the office of the Arizona Attorney General, I have substantial experience representing clients facing all types of legal needs.  I understand the laws, traditions, opportunities and challenges of our region.  My talents as a legal professional and my diverse background and creative strategy implementation allow me to advance your case and protect your interests to the best of my abilities.  In the course of my practice, I’ve learned that every legal problem is unique. It is critical to find solutions that are tailored to each client's specific needs.  

 

When you retain my services, I make it a priority to inform you of every material development and to keep you involved in every aspect of your case.  Communication between attorney and client is a high priority for me.  My clients receive prompt access to me for answers to their questions.

I take time to sit with you, to explain the power of confidentiality, and give you all of the information you need to feel confident about your future. You don’t have to retell your story to numerous attorneys, and you don’t have to wonder if the attorney standing by your side in the courtroom knows all of the facts about your case.   Either I or my LP personally handle each case and devote the time and attention necessary to identify and implement an effective course of action. Above all, I am always working toward solutions that meet my clients' legal, estate planning and business goals.

I’ve built a reputation based on offering personal service and pulling in a network of colleagues as needed to facilitate cost effective representation.  My network of resources offers my clients added value.  When needed, I associate some of the strongest colleagues in the area including financial advisors, certified public accountants, mental health professionals, mediators and others. 

 

I am a member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, Southern Arizona’s leading association for professionals involved in estate planning, trust administration, tax and estate law. 

 

Because I value diversity and opportunity for all, I am a member of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law Latina Mentoring Program, a program to mentor undergraduate Latina students in the law program.
